Therapy Session Rates
Individual Therapy
$150 - $200
One-on-one sessions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions.
Family Therapy
$175 - $225
Collaborative sessions focused on improving family dynamics and communication.
Military Consultation
$150 - $190
Dedicated sessions for active-duty members and veterans navigating deployment or reintegration.
Insurance Information
We are currently in-network with select providers. For out-of-network care, we provide monthly superbills that you can submit for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. We recommend checking your behavioral health benefits with your provider before your first session.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment is accepted via all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA accounts.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to provide care to other families in need. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full session fee.
